We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Optimisation Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Analyze and implement opportunities for process optimisation, capacity review, customer services improvement and risk mitigation
  • Identify areas of business inefficiency, analyse the change options, recommend changes and implement agreed process or system changes to achieve
  • Review market practices and client requests to propose effective and efficient service delivery model
  • Drive and lead the reviews and projects through implementation and completion
  • Work closely with the onshore and offshore teams to ensure delivery of premium service level to clients
  • Contribute with IT to bring the best fit delivering system that can support the best delivery model


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Experience in delivering offshoring initiatives and process improvement projects in business operations
  • Operational experience in custody and clearing or securities industry is preferred
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, collaborative and relationship building skills
  • Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing, with development presentation skills
  • Cantonese language ability is an advantage
