About the Role

Retain a sustainable business growth of existing portfolio by maintaining the strong relationship with our business partners and clients. Upselling existing portfolio with other products which also include voluntary solutions, vitality program and pension products.

This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey-both directly and indirectly.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales by driving up sell from existing clients
• Achieve policy persistency and renewal growth & new business production target for upselling other products
• Maintain good relationship with business partners
• Coordinate closely with other sections to ensure smooth renewal, and day to day account management
• Train and develop the capabilities of team members
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5-8 years working experience (candidates will less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
• Good communication skills to simplify complicated benefit design to layman terms
• Good personal skills to liaise with business partners
• Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written, Putonghua is a plus

Others:

• You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,2, and 3) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)
• You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
