We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Change Management & Delivery Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Act as Project Manager on strategic Change the Bank system projects within HSBC Securities Services for Global Distribution Support & Transfer Agency
  • Resource planning for project support
  • Handle project implementation ensuring proper governance
  • Manage stakeholders for successful project implementation
  • Manage Business Required documents delivery and assist Information Technology department to deliver quality solutions
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for easy reference


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University Degree in Business, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or other related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in Finance and Banking industry environment such as Transfer Agency, Fund Administrator, Unit Trust, Mutual Fund Administration, Brokerage House, and Custodian
  • Relevant business project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure and software development is useful but not essential.
  • Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines within a changing work environment.
  • Able to provide a high standard of customer service in a timely manner.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge in MicroSoft Office programming and automation.
  • Recognized project management qualification
