Your new role

• Support Client Advisors with KYC Periodic Reviews (PKR).
• Assist with Account Structure Changes (ASC) and related documentation requirements.
• Support new account opening and client onboarding activities.
• Ensure client documentation and records are complete, accurate, and updated in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Client Account Managers, and other internal teams to facilitate client servicing activities

What you'll need to succeed

• 2-5 years of experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Banking Operations.
• Experience in KYC, client onboarding, account opening, client servicing, or client lifecycle management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
