We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Client Services Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the post-closing day to day management of nonoperational aspects of syndicated loan and Project and Export Finance deals in Hong Kong and other Asia Pacific regions including but not limited to coordinating the conditions precedent and conditions subsequent, handling waiver and amendment requests, monitoring submission of covenants, performing periodic review of the transaction et cetera.

  • Review draft documentation, from an operational perspective, in tandem with the Transaction Management team.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, partners, colleagues and other offices ensuring that all client issues are addressed and resolved to a satisfactory conclusion.

  • Provide advice, guidance, support, and on the job training to junior members to ensure the quality of service is effectively maintained.

  • Identify, formulate and implement policies, practices, controls and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Monitor the progress to ensure compliance with all relevant internal Group's policies, guidelines, standards, procedures and external regulatory requirements
    Engage and undertake with all ad hoc or special projects as required


  • A degree holder with solid relevant banking experience in the middle or back office environment especially with a strong and solid knowledge and experience in handling agency business including but not limited to syndicated loan and other fixed income products.
  • Proactive, self-motivated with ability to work effectively and independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
  • Thorough understanding of industry standard and strong understanding of operational risk and best practices.
  • Team player, both internally and externally.
  • Willing to face challenges and accept additional responsibilities

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in
  • Putonghua would be a definite advantage.

  • Excellent Computing skills including proficiency in Microsoft Words and Excel
  • Flexible and willing to work on public holidays as required
