About Our Client
My client is an International FX Trading firm with strong track record of success in the industry. They are a market leader with multiple awards under their belt and is lead by an experienced management team. They are setting up the Hong Kong Office and looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join their team

Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will have the following requirements
  • Assisting clients with account opening enquiries, updating current existing clients on CRM system
  • Be the first point of contact for customers via email and to handle any complaints
  • To support clients with technical and troubleshooting solutions
  • Handle any adhoc admin duties
  • Working closely with various departments and ensuring clients details are following compliance guidelines
  • Working closely with Management to achieve company objectives


The Successful Applicant
The Successful candidate will have the following requirements
  • Higher Education in Business/ Finance or related matters
  • Strong Customer Service skills -with strong telephone manner
  • Ability to meet deadlines, with strong follow up skills
  • Must be able to work shifts total 40hours a week
  • Knowledge of Meta Trader Platforms will be an advantage
  • Candidates who have worked in FX Trading firms before will have an advantage
  • Must have strong Language skills- Fluency in English and Mandarin
