Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries promptly and accurately.
Supporting sales operations by ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery coordination.
Maintaining and updating customer records in the internal database system.
Collaborating with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
Preparing reports and documentation to support operational and sales activities.
Assisting in the development and improvement of customer service procedures and workflows.
Monitoring customer feedback and providing actionable insights to improve service quality.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions.

The Successful Applicant

A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Experience in sales support or operational roles, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
Proficiency in using relevant software tools.
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
