Responsibilities

  • Handle account opening and ensure that the account opening documents follow the internal policies and procedures
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding account opening documentations
  • Handle enquiries and provide quality customer services to clients
  • Coordinate with relevant parties for the service requests from clients
  • Assist in the implementation of new system and conduct UAT
  • Assist in other ad hoc matters or additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline with minimum of 2 years of working experience in securities firms or relevant financial institutions
  • Holder of SFC license for Types 1 and 2 regulated activity or passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, 8 and 9 or equivalent required
  • Solid knowledge of KYC requirements and client on-boarding procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
