Customer Services Manager (Complaint Handling and Project Management)
Responsibilities:
  • Handle corporate customers' feedback and complaints in a timely manner
  • Conduct thorough investigation into complaints in accordance with internal and external guidelines
  • Analyze customers' feedback and root causes of complaints, identify areas for improvement, and prepare reports and recommendations for enhancing service quality
  • Cooperate with different business units to provide excellent after-sales services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration
  • At least 3-5 years' working experience in complaint handling or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial industry
  • Sound knowledge in corporate banking products would be an advantage
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and be a good team player
  • Self-motivated, proactive and responsible
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
