Position Overview

Key Tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Lead business specific change and provide subject-matter expert support into Asset Management wide change projects
  • Project management & project leads within regulatory projects related to Investment Platform
  • Support updates of key operating procedures and conduct PM trainings
  • Communication of regulatory and process changes to the portfolio management population
  • Be a subject-matter expert within various regulatory areas
  • Act as a dedicated day-to-day contact for portfolio managers in all process related questions
  • Coordinate the remediation of ad-hoc process related issues
  • Provide input into the ‘Monthly Global MIS Report for Active/Passive' and other ad-hoc and regular reports for senior management
  • Own business process and control design and implementation of 1st LoD controls in line with the regulatory requirements, Written Supervisory Procedures and other DB Policies
  • Monitor and escalate control breaches, incl. their evaluation and documentation
  • Deliver delegation MIS reporting to the regional Fiduciary Oversight Committee
  • Coordinate investment management delegations

Key Skills / Qualifications:
  • Proven PMO / BMO experience and knowledge of Project Management (>3 years)
  • Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is critical
  • Proven experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated capability of problem-solving, decision-making, sound judgment, assertiveness
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently showing drive and initiative with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Flexible problem-solver, open minded to receiving input from colleagues
  • Ability to share and receive information, knowledge and expertise within the team environment
  • Ability to work within virtual global teams in a matrix organization and across all levels of management and staff

Degrees

Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university in finance or related discipline
