Job Summary

Plan, organize, coordinate and implement events

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, coordinate and implement events, meetings, projects and various administrative activities of the Office
- Responsible for reporting, writing or drafting general materials of the Chief Executive Office
- Manage the intranet platform and monitor the system construction, submission and dissemination of articles
- Responsible for information transmission between both external and internal parties of the bank to ensure task-fulfilling
- To provide general administrative support to the Chief Executive Office
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
- 协助做好总行在港或行内重要会议、活动的筹备工作;
- 负责办公室文字综合材料的起草、撰写;
- 协助做好与行内部门及内外部机构的日常沟通;
- 协助做好办公室相关行政综合事务;
- 管理者交办的其他事项等。

Requirements:
- University graduate, major in Business Administration or relevant disciplines, candidates with China education background are preferable
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in banking and finance industry
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Putonghua is a must
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

Education
- HKALE/HKDSE or above

- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
