Director of Growth and Acquisition

We are looking for Director of Growth and Acquisition for multiple companies in the insurance, banking, or financial service industry to own the strategy for and delivery of the company’s paid performance marketing funnels. This opportunity is great for those who are looking for a leadership position and wanting to build a best-in-class performance marketing organisation.
 
Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy for and delivery of company’s performance paid marketing efforts
• Oversee day-to-day management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns, paid ads, touchpoint, and funnels
• Manage and analyse web-end, app-end, paid ad, and traffic performance to drive business
• Leverage relevant Martech tools and marketing automation tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ad to drive for efficiency in paid marketing efforts

 
Requirements:

• 10-12 years in performance marketing, insurance / banking / financial services industry is preferred
• Marketing agency with relevant industry experience is also considered
• Experience proposing and managing large scale paid advertising budgets against business objectives and ROI targets
• Hands-on experience using analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ad, and/or SAP Marketing
• Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to develop strategy recommendations and optimization tactics
• Candidates with less experience could also be considered for Senior Manager position
