About Our Client

Our client is a leading Asian asset manager with a strong and growing ETF platform across the region. As part of its continued expansion, the firm is creating a new, high-impact marketing position that will work directly with the CEO to drive ETF business growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen investor engagement.

Job Description

• Partner directly with the CEO to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that support ETF business growth, product launches, and brand positioning.
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for existing and newly launched ETFs, with a strong focus on digital and social channels.
• Create compelling investment-related content across multiple formats, including videos, short clips, webinars, articles, market commentaries, infographics, and social media posts.
• Drive the firm's digital presence through channels such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms, leveraging analytics to maximize engagement and investor reach.
• Actively contribute to the development of thought leadership initiatives and market education programs targeting both institutional and retail investors.
• Support ETF roadshows, webinars, seminars, media activities, and client events across Hong Kong and the broader Asia region.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, marketing ROI, digital engagement metrics, and ETF asset growth, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, influencers, content creators, and distribution platforms to expand brand awareness and market reach.
• Stay abreast of ETF industry developments, competitor activities, investor trends, and regulatory requirements within Hong Kong and regional markets.

The Successful Applicant

• 4-8 years of experience in ETF marketing, asset management marketing, capital markets marketing, or related financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated experience marketing ETFs and a solid understanding of ETF products, investment concepts, financial markets, and the Hong Kong regulatory landscape.
• Strong content creation capabilities, including video production, video editing, script writing, and short-form content development for digital and social media platforms.
• Experience building personal-brand, influencer-style, or KOL-led content strategies within financial services is highly preferred.
• Comfortable appearing in videos, webinars, interviews, podcasts, or investor-facing content as a presenter or content creator.
• Proven ability to translate complex investment concepts into engaging, investor-friendly content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with video editing and content creation tools, digital marketing platforms, website content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of social media growth strategies, audience engagement, content distribution, and performance optimization.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new initiatives from the ground up in a fast-growing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
