Performing financial analysis to produce marketing and deal-related materials Work with other bankers to execute transactions Interact and coordinate internally with other divisions as required to support transaction execution and deal origination Contribute to an environment of collaboration, teamwork, mutual trust & responsibility

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for performing industry and company research, financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation activities
Working with senior bankers in transaction execution
Preparing marketing materials including presentations and pitchbooks
Building and maintenance of databases, provide regular updates of market related informationDeveloping relationships with junior executives at our clients
Complying with any internal and external regulations and company’s policies and procedures

Qualification

Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or other relevant majors
Relevant industry experience
CFA/CPA qualification preferable
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Basic knowledge of the IBD product suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships
Proactive in taking responsibilities and able to multi-task
Ambitious and motivated to contribute to a growing investment banking environment
