We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Events Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Reporting to the Head of Events, this role is responsible for executing the PayMe and PayMe for Business events plan and strategy, including third party sponsorships, community events and coordination of locally deployed activities.
  • Supporting the overall event and sponsorship planning process including coordination of event content and messaging, liaising with designer on creatives and all planned communication activities that support or promote the activities
  • Providing event logistics coordination including managing RSVPs, managing event project plans, onsite coordination and liaising with suppliers
  • Monitoring and tracking event expenses and provide monthly reports on event spend against budget
  • Managing the events calendar and ensuring all requirements are tracked and kept up to date
  • Supporting the delivery of activation programmes that support the overall event strategy, and work across a range of communication channels and platforms
  • Day to day interactions with agency partners, suppliers, vendors and various internal stakeholders in the development and delivery of events and sponsorship activities

  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Flexible and able to proritise changing deadlines
  • Able to interact and engage with various internal and external stakeholders and audiences
