Our client is the leading Plastic Waste Manufacturing MNC, headquartered in Hong Kong with operations and representation in Australia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Turkey, Spain, and UK. The bulk of their business is commodity trading, connecting businesses that have recyclable plastic for sale to those that need the material to manufacture their products. We also operate a factory based in the UK specialist in the collection and recycling of plastic waste generated from industry and manufacturing.
They are looking for a FP&A Manager to join their finance team:-
What You’ll Do
Results driven and confident, the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will be instrumental in preparing financial reports for key business leaders. This individual will work closely with the Group Financial Controller and the CEO.
You will prepare develop and report on KPIs within the business and the regional divisions in a timely manner. You will analyse trend performance across areas such as sales, purchasing, profit and margin.
You will assist in the financial planning and annual business planning and present on the projected performance and forecasts for planning purposes. You will manage the monthly reporting cycle and ensure monthly finance reports are completed and distributed to the business on time.
You will support the regional division in meeting this objective by providing financial support and tools that will enable them to track and monitor their performance and track their KPIs.
What You’ll Need
Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or Qualified in ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent
5+ years’ experience in Accounting or Finance (ideally a mix between Audit and business)
Experience in FP&A preferred (Revenue analysis, business modelling & business partnering
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent skills in Excel (incl Pivot Table & V-Look Up) and PowerPoint
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, native level is the most ideal
Able to simplify complex problems and solve them
Able to conduct in depth analysis and provide valuable insights
Able to effectively collaborate with colleagues to achieve results
Able to manage and respond quickly to changing/competing priorities
Able use MS O365 suite of products to a high level
Highly organized and detail oriented
Able to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high-standard
