Our client is a well-funded AI start-up investing heavily in AI-powered digital products and data-driven innovation. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and enhance web applications that support both customer-facing AI products and internal business solutions.

Your new role

• Design, develop, and maintain new features for web applications supporting the company's AI products and platforms.
• Collaborate with the Data Team and business stakeholders to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Integrate applications with AI models, data platforms, and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while supporting ongoing product improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on backend development experience using Node.js or Python.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, SQL, and/or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes would be advantageous.
• Experience leveraging AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies to improve development productivity and code quality is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Proficient in English communication; Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) would be an advantage.
• Currently based in Hong Kong with valid working rights.
