Our client is a global top-tier asset manager with multi billion dollar of AuM worldwide. They are looking for a high calibre Finance Analyst focused on FP&A and Management Reporting for their Asia business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and preparation of key reporting packs including reports for Boards, Senior Management and other committees
  • Liaise with regional/global Finance colleagues with regards to FP&A matters and finance operations matters as required
  • Management Reporting - perform P&L & Product analysis (such as income & expense & net margin analysis, FUM & fund flow reporting, etc) by collaborating with relevant departments and core dependencies - perform financial analysis and business performance reviews for providing insights & supports for management & business decisions.
  • Assist in preparation of annual or periodic operating plans (budgets/forecasts)
  • Maintenance of the Finance control framework to ensure it is operating appropriately and in accordance with Group policies
  • Identify areas for improvement and implementing these through best practice financial processes and controls
  • Participate and assist change management across the region and globally
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives locally, regionally or globally, from time to time
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks as appointed by Seniors 
  • Business Travel might be required

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University graduate with 2-4 years of experiences in Financial Services organisations (Asset Management would be an advantage)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with a good customer focus
  • Ability to work independently to deliver timely and accurate outputs
  • Good understanding of best practice financial processes and controls
  • Strong analytical mind, with an ability to question and influence
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Graduate qualifications in finance / business / economics
  • Post graduate qualifications would be an advantage (e.g. CPA / CA)
