Description

  • Principal liaison with marketing teams on research plans, insight and learnings
  • Supervisor for the in-house survey team
Leadership:
  • Develop a superior skill based survey team able to deliver thorough, analytically appropriate research projects to clients in a timely manner
  • Supervise the in-house survey team to deliver the required quantity and quality of customer surveys as required
  • Prepare Research briefs for suppliers
  • Lead the supplier review and evaluation process
  • Regularly review in-field research projects to validate quality of work and methodology
  • Create and maintain in-house survey  performance standards
  • Lead the effort to adapt best practices from Regional and Global guidelines, and research conducted in other countries to continuously improve upon our efforts
  • Coordinate with multiple department functions for compliance control and monitoring
Project and Vendor Management:
  • Regularly monitor work flow and priorities of all Research projects, internal and external
  • Perform due diligence for vendors in compliance with the company requirement
People Development:
  • Develop and manage in-house  research team for stable and quality output
Analytical:
  • Ensure client identified key learnings are research fact based
  • Produce research Executive Summaries
  • Attention to details 


Qualifications

  • 7 years + research experience, of which at least 3 years in the research suppliers
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese essential
  • Excellent numeric and quantitative skills
  • Degree holder from recognized universities, preferably major in business or psychology
