Description

  • Manage the MCA central testing team to ensure consistent application of test methodology is adhered to and ongoing staff guidance and development is carried out in line with Citi policy
  • Oversea the ARA and MCA related activities to ensure consistency
  • Coordinate and lead cross-business escalation, issue management and severity assessment of issues
  • Work with the business to resolve challenges/failures raised by the centralized MCA team
  • Prepare required data analytics, MIS and reporting to ensure the accurate control status of the business
  • Contribute to applicable meetings and committees, report on governance/performance status and actively share best practice
  • Coordination of TOP and Management of TMM review for recommendation to CBORC Head
  • Developing and coaching team members to increase their risk and controls skills
  • Host/facilitate meetings with MCA entity units and to be a part of the overall MCA assessment governance forum/meeting
  • Complete targeted deep dive reviews to identify control framework weaknesses and manage actions for improvement
  • Perform Ad hoc deep dive and thematic reviews on high risk areas, processes and controls across Citi-wide business units and provide recommendations on improvement(s) or specific concerns directed by business
  • Coordinate completion of required back-testing for Ops risk losses >$100,000, L1/L2 IA, Regulatory issues and all internal fraud incidents
  • Coordinate key cross-business control reviews and internal/external audits
  • Coordinate cross-business roll-out of regional initiatives
  • Incorporation of Computer Assisted Audit Tools and Techniques (CAATTs) into MCA
  • Any other reasonable activities or reporting required


Qualifications

  • University graduate
  • At least 10 years consumer banking, risk and control and /or operations working experience
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Sound knowledge of internal and external Citigroup policy and regulatory requirement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
