Description

  • Manage a designated group of sales leaders and professionals to build and constantly upgrade a stable and high performance sales force through quality recruitment strategy and execution
  • Act as the lead to resolve operating issues with other departments to ensure the sales teams are operating in an effective manner
  • Own the delivery of financial commitments, acquisition goals for cards and personal loans, and NPS through efficient deployment and quality delivery
  • Uphold the highest standard in compliance and control in the business organization
  • Responsible to develop a strategy for roadshow deployment and manage the roadshow budgets


Qualifications

  • University graduate at least 10 years banking/finance experience in retail banking field
  • Experience in sales management
  • With ability to envision, articulate and act in alignment with the bank's strategic direction
  • Demonstrate good technical and professional skills in general banking/lending/customer service/operation/compliance areas
  • Proactive, driven, result-oriented and discipline in execution
