Our client is a fast-growing asset management firm with ambitious expansion plans across Asia. As the organization's first dedicated HR professional, you will play a critical role in shaping the firm's people strategy, culture, and HR infrastructure.

• Partner with senior leadership on organizational growth and people strategies
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
• Support the development of a positive, high-performance culture
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across investment, corporate, and support functions
• Develop hiring processes and employer branding initiatives
• Partner with external recruitment firms and manage hiring budgets
• Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support compensation benchmarking and annual review processes
• Administer employee benefits, insurance, and wellness programs
• Partner with external vendors and service providers

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within asset management, investment management, hedge funds, private equity, financial services, or professional services environments
• Proven experience managing a broad range of HR functions independently
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong employment law and HR best practices
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English required; Mandarin or Cantonese would be advantageous
