You’ll be based in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai or Shenzhen and will work as part of our newly established group, Lanyue. The mission of this group is to help business leaders build transformative businesses, including new business prototyping and launching, business transformation, etc. Lanyue works with companies that are facing critical transformative moment and need executional and operational level assistance, including but not limited to MNCs, conglomerates as well as segment leaders.

What you'll do

You will manage and execute all project requirements that include analyzing business and organizational shortcomings of clients and preparing weekly reports on status of outstanding matters.  

In this role, you'll plan the implementation of solutions and formulate hypotheses and analyses in order to provide recommendations.

You will also have the opportunity to be an inspiring people leader who will apprentice and mentor colleagues.  You will contribute to and build knowledge that enables us to continuously improve our client delivery and be at the forefront of HR & Org and digital HR topics.

You will exercise leadership, integrity, a sharp mind, creativity, and strong entrepreneurship. You will also work with people across all levels across the firm.  


  • Undergraduate degree from a reputable institution; advance degree preferred
  • Expertise in organization development, compensation and benefits, e.g. human resources (HR) tech/digital HR is preferable
  • Experiences as a Management Trainee, or working in a digital innovation and Omni channel background is preferable
  • Strong people skills and excellent ability to engage all levels of the organization and communicate with senior executives
  • Proven experience in applying well-developed problem solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
  • Track record of strong passion in creating impact and building relationships with clients
  • Experience in leading and developing a capable team to deliver results
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Mandarin
  • Comfort with extensive travel.
