We are currently seeking a professional to monitor our Customer Care Unit in our Retail Banking Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises Customer Care Unit
  • Review and advice the direction to all investigation reports and response letters
  • Manage complaint statistics and timely report to the management
  • Review all relevant external complaint handling procedure and update the bank’s internal complaint handling policy & procedure
  • Representing the Bank as Complaint Officer at external Regulatory / Statutory Authorities

 

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Good PC skill
  • Min. 8 years’ experience in complaint handling in banking industry
  • Pleasant and self-motivated,
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
