We are hiring a Head of Operations (Products) for a comprehensive Chinese securities company. This position is based in Hong Kong.
Job Description:
- Manage daily middle office and operations functions, ensure the operations in compliance with applicable regulation;
- Maintain the relationship with banks and private equity entities;
- Manage, control and enhance the operation process;
- Responsible for the fund products design (i.e Fixed income, Equity and Private Equity);
- Ensure the accurate and timely submission of all required financial, business monitoring and industry reporting to Top management and regulatory authority;
- Manage the manpower and office resources to cater the contingent situations, ad hoc projects delivery and critical processing areas.
Job Requirements:
- Holder of a Bachelor degree or above;
- At least 5 years of operations and products related experience;
- Experiences in both primary and secondary market products, i.e. Fixed income, Equity and Private Equity;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
