We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as IT Programme Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • Delivery execution assurance for the Technology portion of the Change Programme in line with HSBC Group change methodologies
  • Ensuring that all Technology Practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the Programme
  • Accountability for delivery spanning multiple Agile teams
  • Accountable for functional line management of Programme and all Technology Project Management resources within the Programme and budget responsibility for the Technology component of the Change
  • Accountable for the Technology aspect of aligning Agile Teams to a Global Business, Function Product pipeline in conjunction with Product Owners
  • Accountable for the delivery for a large Technology team consisting of multiple teams, collaborating with the Technical Product Manager to negotiate technical dependencies
  • Responsible for delivering within the global sourcing model to enable resource demand and supply in support of Programme demand
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work activities including suppliers and subcontractors
  • Manage, monitor and report progress, issues, dependencies, risks to Programme Manager or steering committees and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation
  • Working with the Product Owner and Technical Product Manager to establish effective controls, procedures and quality assurance processes for the product, in line with the BTF and Group Risk and Controls framework


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in information technology, business management or a related discipline
  • Experience gained working in Agile methodologies
  • Solid stakeholder management experience
  • Solid programme management experience
