A global insurance company is looking for a young and energetic IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to join their digital innovation team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining project scope and deliverables which achieve the strategic outcomes
- Analyze and gather user requirements to illustrate technical design for their digital transformation road map
- Collaborate with the scrum teams for various deliverables
- Drive the dev team to deliver quality release on sprints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in software development and insurance background is highly preferred
- Expertise in Azure, HTML5, RDBMS, Gitflow, Java EE…etc
- Team player mindset with effective communication skills (verbal/written)
