Incident Manager, Financial Services

Our client is a Tier-1 Financial Services Firm with strong market share in Asia Pacific. To cope with its expansion across the region, they are looking for an Incident Manager to join their expanding business and team.


  • Manage the coordination and communication for all service-impacting outages to ensure they have a minimal impact on all downstream users.
  • Quickly assess the severity of an outage in regards to business impact and technical complexity.
  • Help coordinate the investigations and drive the incidents to resolution.

  • Degree Holder with 5+ years of experience in Incident Management for application or infrastructure services
  • Technical background such as Python or C++ programming skills
  • Understanding of ISTL framework
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively tailor communication of technical issues to various audiences
  • Candidates with less experience but strong technical background will also be consider.
