Key Responsibilities

• Content Optimization: Review and rewrite document chunks to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with domain-specific (insurance) terminology.
• Metadata & AI Formatting: Format content and metadata to optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and retrieval performance for GenAI chatbots.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct QA checks to validate that document data meets strict AI retrievability standards.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to log updates, process feedback, and refine workflows.
• Ad-hoc Support: Assist with ad-hoc data handling, documentation, and operational tasks as required.

Must-Haves

• Work Authorization: Must hold valid right to work in Hong Kong
• Current university student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Languages, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of GenAI concepts and text formatting tools.
• Proficiency with standard collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines in an office setting.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week during standard business hours.

Good-to-Haves

• Basic familiarity with insurance industry terminology.
• Prior exposure to document management systems or AI/data projects.
• Previous internship experience in a corporate or tech-driven environment.
