Junior HR Business Partner job for a stable financial institution to run their daily HR operations
Your new company
We are partnering with a very stable financial institution and they currently going through an exciting journey and transformation. They are now looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their energetic and dynamic team to drive the daily HR operations.
Your new role
This position reports into the Head of HR. Your responsibilities will include managing the full spectrum of the HR function including compensation and benefits, MPF administration, training and development and staff relations. You will also manage the organisations full recruitment and selection cycle and will work towards building close relationships with vendors. As a Business Partner, you will provide sound advice and recommendations to the business and will assist in HR projects and any ad-hoc tasks as required.
