Responsibilities:

  • Design, organize and execute Bankwide projects in Organization Development
  • Driver of innovation projects in People and Culture
  • Explore the use of possible Learning technologies to facilitate People Development

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources/Learning & Development or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate in people development, good team player, spontaneous and efficient
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Willing to Travel
