Job Description & Summary
Purpose of the role
The role is based in the Clients & Markets Team and involves working closely with the Client Insights Leader, Relationship Partners and Account teams to help drive the Mainland China and Hong Kong Client Insights Programme and Centre of Excellence

Objective / key responsibilities

Drive and Communicate Programme Objectives
  • Help embed client feedback fundamentals and approach
  • Work with relationship partners and industry leaders to ensure client feedback takes place on an annual or project basis
  • Provide partner and engagement team coaching throughout all stages of the client feedback process
  • Facilitate and lead programme communication or presentations for Business Units/Lines of Service/Industries
  • Liaise with key territories and global team to leverage and share best practice
  • Support and leverage firmwide programmes and communication that would enhance the value and insights generated by client feedback

Lead and Co-Develop in Client Feedback Conversations and Online Surveys
  • Be the central point of contact/SME on client feedback related enquiries
  • Support interviewing partners, relationship partners and account teams, Clients & Markets drivers in client meetings or client survey preparation
  • Coordinate Client Insights CoE and Clients & Markets team resources to support client feedback meetings or online surveys
  • Lead and participate in client feedback pre-briefings and de-briefings
  • Manage and design client feedback surveys and provide coaching
  • Facilitate post client feedback discussions and help communicate results/findings

Programme Infrastructure
  • Design and evolve bilingual programme tools, templates, guidelines
  • Conduct regular programme tracking and reporting of client feedback progress
  • Report/analyse client feedback results and generate client insights
  • Deliver and present client insights in leadership meetings, partner forums, business unit or industry strategy days
  • Update and manage client feedback database and reporting dashboard
  • Liaise with IT / Marketing & Communications / Learning & Development departments on client feedback programme requirements as appropriate

Mandatory experience and skills:

  • Educated to degree level

Work experience
  • Understanding and experience of PwC (preferred but not compulsory)
  • Degree holder with six to ten years' experience in client facing or account management role, ideally in an MNC environment or another big 4 firm
  • Experienced and excellent stakeholder management/facilitation skills (at all levels of the organisation)
  • Strong people skills - ability to quickly build trust, credibility and rapport with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Confident in playing the role of trusted advisor/coach to senior executives

Personal characteristics/capabilities
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin - speaking, reading and writing
  • Is assertive, proactive, calm, diplomatic, a strong team player
  • Experienced in project management, thinking laterally and multi-tasking, can use own initiative to resolve problems and drive opportunities
  • Strong organisational skills and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and resourceful in getting things done
