My client is a global investment group headquartered in Hong Kong, and is seeking high calibre FP&A/Management Reporting professionals to join their expanding team. This is a highly analytical role, facing off with a variety of senior stakeholders, preparing daily group and business P&L and key market data reports. Candidates should be fluent in English and Mandarin skills would be ideal.
Key Duties
- Responsible for preparing/reviewing daily group and business P&L and key market data reports to business heads and management
- Responsible for preparing various business performance reports and data analytics and related commentaries
- Key business partner providing insights, analysis and commentary on business balance sheet, revenue, cost, performance metrics, budget & forecasting
- Manage various ad-hoc reports and analysis and update procedure documents on key reporting processes
- Lead various strategic finance projects
Experience Required:
- University graduate with at least 5 - 7 years of management and/or financial reporting experience in the financial services industry
- Big 4 professional firms experience is an advantage but not a must
- Member of HKICPA/ ACCA or other professional associations or candidates
- Good working knowledge of accounting standards and ability to collect and assess financial data in efficient and effective way
- A good team player also be able to work independently
- Able to manage work pressure and manage deadlines
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral with ability to communicate to both finance and non-finance teams to discuss and advise various key financial and performance information
- Proficiency in use of computer systems including MS office, ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP will be ideal
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin will be desirable
