Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Change Management and Delivery.

Principal responsibilities

  • Act as a project leader on multiple projects across the business
  • Perform fund analysis work to understand requirements, operation flows or models
  • Preparation and execution of test plans and migration along with static data set up for testing and migration
  • Execution of migration projects on schedule and with good quality
  • Applying migration tool to execute the migration and perform all associated activities including valuation, reconciliation and parallel run, along with resolving migration issues
  • Proper project methodology being followed and managed according to the agreed timeline, budget and the required methodology
  • Mantain good relationships with working counterparts including Information Technlogy, Clients and User Departments


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University graduate with advnatages for those who majored in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems
  • Relevant working experience in Banking and Fund industry with knowledge on Accounting and Valuation, Information Systems would be an advantage
  • Experience in Project Management, System Implementation, Process Review or Operations Management
  • Good team player with excellent analytical and problem solving ability
  • Strong knowlege with Microsoft Office including EXCEL VBA, Word and PowerPoint
