We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Change Management and Delivery.

Principal responsibilities

  • Work with a team of business analysts and project managers to analyse or work independently to define the Fund Accounting and Fund Middle Office business requirements
  • Participate as a business expert in recommending and implementing solutions as well as communicating the solutions effectively to Business, Management and Information Technology.
  • Be responsible for major Change programs and initiatives in Asia Change liaising with various HSBC Securities Services products including Funds, Global Custody, Treasury, Middle Office to ensure that all business change programs are implemented in the Asia Pacific region within agreed time line and budget
  • Work with various departments to devise Change Strategy and implementation to achieve operational efficiency and risk mitigated approach to manage HSBC Securities Services Funds business across Asia Pacific region
  • Integrate HSBC Securities Services Business Strategies and operational design into actionable deliverables and change management activities
  • Work with HSBC Securities Services product team including Global Custody and Custody and Clearing to align commercialization of Funds products to reflect the correct benefit including cost and revenue
  • Work with senior management and stakeholders to devise client review strategy to achieve optimization of client profile and profitability
  • Manage major client on boarding projects and other significant ad hoc projects with clients
  • Lead independent reviews of new vendor product functionality and provide recommendations on how HSBC should implement functionality to address client requirements.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University graduate preferably in business administration, information technology or a similar discipline
  • Solid knowledge of Fund Accounting and Middle Office Vendor product ,MultiFonds, Markit EDM,
  • XSP, are an advantage
  • Demonstrates an in depth knowledge of the securities market and the associated market infrastructure for Fund Administration, Fund Middle Office and Custody business
  • Relevant experience in change management or migration projects in securities, fund administration ,fund middle office.
  • General awareness of business, regulatory and technology change within investment management is essential.
  • Good technical aptitude, including excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Excel macros
