We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Client Management .

Principal responsibilities

  • To act as the client experience Subject Matter Expert for the Banks and Broker Dealers sector
  • Maintain methods and tools to monitor quality and consistency of service across Direct Custody branches
  • Manage and conduct global service reviews for assigned clients.
  • Monitor, report and support resolution of emerging issues.
  • Support internal change to achieve quality and consistency by leading interactions with internal stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
  • Lead and guide branch Client Service Managers on client experience
  • Maximize the leveraging of tools and skillsets available within HSBC Securities Services to support client experience within Banks and Broker Dealers sector.
  • Demonstrate familiarity and compliance with all internal policies and procedures.


  • Solid experience in Direct Custody and Clearing across operations, client service and business management
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership skills, including peer management and stakeholder's management
  • Ability to work with data and IT applications
  • Self-motivated
  • Graduate degree in finance or related areas
