We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Marketing, Marketing Planning and Governance.

Principal responsibilities

  • Work closely with the, Global Business Line to understand business priorities, developing a plan that aligns to and drives these objectives
  • Ensure the annual planning process follows a consistent and clear framework, timetable and process for planning, both annually and part of the on-going analysis of the global plan
  • Support the collation and analysis of all planning information including direct spend, indirect spend and recharges
  • Provide an aggregated view of all Marketing activities across the, Global Business Line
  • Support the completion of content for the plan, including the development of strategic Marketing objectives, measurement and reporting strategies and the setting of key Marketing metrics for evaluation across the business line
  • Ensure the plan is optimised, driving maximum value from all Marketing spend through effective forward integrated planning across channels, media and activities
  • Make recommendations on opportunities to increase Return on Investment and preparing, publishing inputs to support these proposals
  • Develop, maintain and embed the planning and process frameworks across Marketing globally
  • Support the review of global, central, regional and country plans and provide recommendations to optimise, align and implement activity effectively
  • Support the development of strategic Marketing objectives, measurement and reporting strategies and the setting of key Marketing metrics for evaluation across the business lines, both globally and locally
  • Provide Marketing planning and effectiveness forecast information and reporting for senior stakeholder forums and discussions
  • Coordinate all Marketing effectiveness measurement reporting and MI on behalf of the function
  • Identify and develop a set of consistent effectiveness measures that the, Global Business Line Marketing team will be asked to measure and report on


Qualifications
Requirements
  • A university graduate with a degree in business, marketing, numerical science related discipline
  • Strong working experience in banking, preferably with exposure in planning or background in accounting, budget management
  • Able to work in a diverse environment with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong business sense with good analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skill in written and spoken English
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and data mining experience preferred
