Reporting to Head of People Development & Sales Effectiveness, you will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, coordination and evaluation of sales training programs to enhance the overall sales performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design training curricula for sales teams to ensure that they have the skills to achieve their goals
  • Produce physical and digital educational materials and job aids to assist salespersons to perform sales and service activities
  • Conduct gap analysis on individual skills and team performance to identify areas of improvement
  • Collect feedback from trainees and managers to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs


To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
 

  • University degree with minimum 7 years of experience in managing and delivery sales and service training, preferably in banking or financial industry, with additional training certification, or possession of sales experience an advantage
  • Good planning and coaching skills, with the ability to manage the full training cycle
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design of Competency Based program
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
