We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Member Services Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Driving the organization for excellent, maintain successful and mutually supportive working relationships with all staff members
  • Develop and motivate staff, to provide value added advice, resolve issues, complaints, errors and concern of client
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, trust deed, policy and procedures
  • Key drivers of system and procedures to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of operation
  • Provide costing and ensure seamless new client take on
  • Provide value added advice, resolve issues, complaints, errors and concern of clients or regulator
  • Key drivers to undertake projects and develop new services
  • Key contact to major clients. Provide value added advice and resolve issues for clients, manage client expectation
  • Provide costing and ensure seamless new client take on

  • University Degree Holder with Proven working experience, preferably within the areas of pension funds and retirement schemes
  • Good communication skills, including excellent written and spoken Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrate ability to develop and motivate staff
  • Strong project management skill with analytical ability o enhance system and procedures
  • Problem solving skills and be client and regulator focused
  • Eager to learn and strive for continuous improvement
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willing to change and be proactive to drive change
  • High integrity and professionalism
