Officer - Post Trade (Clearing Operations - On Exchange Settlement)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily settlement operations, handle exceptional or contingency situations and escalate to supervisors
- Prepare regular or ad hoc statistical and analysis reports to management
- Provide support for the compliance with international standards and applicable regulations and ensure documentation is properly prepared
- Participate project tasks such as conducting user acceptance test, regression test and relevant documentation
- Undertake other special or ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines
- At least 1 year's relevant experience, preference in well-established financial organization
- Sound knowledge of financial markets
- Familiar with CCASS operation an advantage
- Good analytical, problem solving, report writing, presentation and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- Conversant with PowerPoint / Excel / Access. Knowledge of programming an advantage
