We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Main Treasury.

Principal responsibilities

  • Review cash consumption of Automatic Teller Machines and arrange cash replenishment orders to outsourced vendors to ensure excellent service is provided to customers.
  • Check and reconcile Automatic Teller Machines and Cash Deposit Machine general ledger accounts and prepare voucher for reversal entry, when required.
  • Collaborate with Global Service Centre offshore teams to handle enquiry, settle incident or customer complaint on Self Service Terminals discrepancy investigation, General Ledger account reconciliation and invoice management, as well as to monitor the progress of machine failure maintenance and coordinate with various vendors, if required.
  • Monitor outsourced vendors replenishment schedule, check the accuracy of cash balance report and liaise with Service Support, Information Technology Self Service Terminals, Global Service Centre and other stakeholders in managing Self Service Terminals problem, outsourced vendors service performance level and so on.
  • Assist executive staff surprise check cash held in Automatic Teller Machines and cash held in third party vault.
  • Visit branches and Express Banking sites to perform Automatic Teller Machines replenishment, Self Service Terminals maintenance services include, examine machine outlook, site condition, inspect if illegal devices are attached and take immediate action for remediation or escalation, if required.
  • Prepare management information, monthly statistics and resources planning.
  • Perform Automatic Teller Machines Seed Key control and management and manual upgrade software release to Self Service Terminals whenever required.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Sound knowledge and experience in Operations and maintenance of Self Service Terminals including Automatic Teller Machines, Cash Deposit Machine, Cheque Deposit Machine and so on.
  • Basic knowledge in Branch Operations will be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess sound supervisory skill and be able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent spoken English and Chinese
  • General Computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • The position will be based in the HSBC Kowloon Bay office. Shift duty, and working on Saturdays would be required
