Job Responsibilities

1. Follow up procurement projects, review and prepare for the internal deliberations;
2. Write deliberation reports based on the whole process of the projects and negotiation with vendors;
3. Organize internal meetings, including preparing meeting materials;
4. Cross-check project materials and conduct projects approval process;
5. Cooperate with relevant audit work;
6. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, administration or related majors;
2. Experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain, experience in financial section is a plus;
3. Excellent communication and influencing capabilities, and strong analytical proficiency;
4. Team player and able to work independently;
5. Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
