MAIN DUTIES:
• Support Client Account Services Team in conducting name searches and discounting false-hits
• Conduct investigative searches on clients, source of wealth entities and affiliates on adverse news, political exposure and sanction-related issues
• Assist in reviewing account opening/maintenance documentations
• Perform data enrichment in systems
• Follow up with Front Office on exceptions
• Support other Ops related ad-hoc projects and duties when required
QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma holder/bachelor’s degree
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Prior experience in private banking industry and name screening is an advantage
• Well-organized, independent, positive and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good in Microsoft office applications, especially Excel
