Operations Officer (6 months contract) - Client Onboarding & Account Services

Responsibilities:

  • As a single point of contact to Front Office for onboarding matters
  • Review client onboarding documents, account details such as KYC and SOW etc.
  • Identify and perform name screening
  • Perform data enrichment in onboarding system
  • Follow up with Front Office on outstanding onboarding and documents
  • Support other necessary tasks to facilitate onboarding / closure of accounts 
  • Assist in performing ad-hoc assignments in HK Ops

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years’ related experience in client onboarding
  • Good team player, detail-minded, analytical, sensitive to numeric and able to work independently
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office
  • Applicants for the above positions must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English, fluency in Putonghua is essential for handling China/Taiwan Markets.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
