An international asset management house is looking for high calibers to join as Project Management - Manager/ Senior Manager. This is a contract role and is based in Hong Kong.

Our client is an international asset management house with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit high calibers to join them.

This is a newly created project role responsible to set up the new legal entities in Hong Kong and Singapore for the growing asset management business. Coordinate project for the setup of a new Singapore legal entity and assist with set up of HK legal entity. Tasks range from reviewing with group requirements to using requirements to set up systems to cover the IT, operational, finance and other requirements. Register the companies’ businesses with regulators, tax authorities, etc. Ensure project deliverables are organized and being completed by tracking and driving deliverables. Communicate and coordinate with various key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are being met. Understand and review legal agreement flow and update arrangements as necessary. Assist with establish processes and controls within the new company. Assist with any other work as designated.

To be considered, you will be a degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of project management or related experience. Sound analytical and organizational skills are highly beneficial. Experience in setting up new companies and/ or project management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work productively with multiple parties at all different levels in this global organization. Ability to work adaptably and independently within the growing business. Knowledge of asset management, legal, finance and operations is a definite plus.
