Position Overview

Responsibilities:

As a Relationship Manager within our Private Wealth Management team, you'll play a key role in winning new business, as well as developing and retaining existing client relationships. With your solid understanding of private banking and how it works, you'll be responsible for taking our best-in-class products and services to our clients. This will involve maintaining sound market intelligence, enabling you to source suitable solutions and promote new investment solutions. As such, your performance will be sales driven and delivery focused.

Requirements:

  • Five to eight years' experience in private banking.
  • A proven track record in growing AUM and revenue.
  • Solid understanding of financial services and all asset classes.
  • Previous exposure to the mass affluent market.
  • Strong networking skills and an excellent ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

As Relationship Manager in Hong Kong, you will have a key role to play in winning new business, as well as developing and retaining existing client relationships. We'll look to you to leverage our ONE BANK ethos to promote and deliver best-in-class products and services from across our business, thereby providing comprehensive wealth management solutions that maximize profitability for clients.

With responsibility for a defined target client segment, you will prepare and execute a business development plan. This will involve maintaining sound market intelligence, enabling you to source suitable solutions and promote new products and services. As such, your performance will be measured in terms of net new assets (NNA) and return on assets.

In addition to a good grasp of internal and external regulations, you will need a solid track record in AUM and revenue. Given that we are open for Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Philippines market coverage, you should therefore have substantial experience in private banking in Hong Kong.
