We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Platform Operations Support Engineer .

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Rebuild our consumer facing digital products, from mobile banking to credit card applications.
  • As part of that we are building a new platform to host and run all of this, making sure we have the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction and you can help bring this to life.
  • As a Platform Operations Support Engineer you will be supporting a team with full responsibility for their section of the Digital Platform.
  • Work as part of a global Operations team working in a follow the sun support model with teams based in London, India, Hong Kong and the states.
  • Provide global support for the Digital platform working incident tickets for issues with the tools that make up a platform that our developers use to deploy micro services to our customer website and applications.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • ​Strong Technical Skills. Experience in micro services architecture and engineering
  • Experience working on PaaS, Cloud Foundry, AWS
  • Exposure to emerging technologies in Cloud and Mobile space is desirable
  • Influence and champion new ideas and methods
  • Great communication. Convey your thoughts, ideas and opinions clearly and concisely face to face or virtually to all levels up and down stream
  • And equally important for you to listen and reflect back what others communicate to you
