We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Product Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be part of the Broker Outsourcing Securities Services product team based in Asia.
  • BOSS offers a full service post trade processing solution for the middle and back office functions of a Broker Dealer and includes such functions as middle office, trade and settlement enrichment, books and records or sub ledger, corporate actions processing. This role is primarily to be the part of the team that functionally owns of the Asset Servicing offering on BOSS.
  • Define the functional Model, the standardised solution model, train the user base both internally and externally and act as the authority for the BOSS Asset Servicing offering.
  • Support the delivery of Industry, Regulatory and Client driven change across Middle Office, Settlements and Asset Services functions.
  • Work closely with the other teams within BOSS to define appropriate solutions for business problems, the Control team to validate the operational effectiveness of any solutions, the Service Delivery teams to ensure user impacts are thought through and the Information Technology teams to discuss technical feasibility of solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with regional and global change managers from front to back to ensure successful delivery of requirements and enable operational or technical changes to be completed as part of any implementation.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University graduate with a degree in finance or a related discipline.
  • Sound knowledge of Asset Servicing processing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Cash Equities Post Trade Securities processing
  • Experience in working with internal Information Technology teams as well as external vendors for system changes.
  • Strong documentation skills for functional specifications and presentations to clients.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment and deliver results to a high standard, escalating where support is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, complimented with excellent computer skills.
