An international consulting firm is hiring a Project/Program Manager with experience in Business Transformation, Process Improvement, and Change Management to work with their clients in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of Business Transformation projects to the highest quality, meeting timeline, budget and client expectations
  • Define the strategic roadmap for continuous improvement of existing business processes
  • Work closely with clients to collect and analyze performance metrics of current business processes
  • Build and nurture a team of junior Consultants
  • Develop contacts within client teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant project management experience in Consulting or Financial Institutions
  • Proven track record of delivering complex Business Transformation projects/programs
  • Excellent experience in large scale program management/project management/business consulting skills
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
  • PMP, Prince2 qualifications preferred
