Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major project for Greater China North Asia region

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Project for GCNA
  • Define and formulate the implementation plan (including key dependencies, timeline and resource requirements) for the project
  • Run the Project GCNA Working Group meetings and participate in its various workstreams
  • Work closely with group, region, countries and businesses to coordinate and deliver the project tasks
  • Responsible for delivery and tracking completion of tasks across different work streams
  • Provide periodic project updates to Group and Region stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with other regional working groups
  • Facilitates communication and information sharing across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment across stakeholder groups
  • Manage the project budget within region and ensure effective project governance

  • Strong project management and analytical skills with good understanding of the GCNA markets
  • In depth knowledge of the organisation with excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build and achieve constructive working relationships at a senior level
  • Good understanding of the banking industry and regulatory environment
  • Highly developed and proven communication skills; oral, written and presentation
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and constructively challenge at a variety of levels
  • Good understanding of governance and risk management
  • Evidence of implementing processes and procedures across large, strategic, business critical programmes
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a timely and effective manner
